Emailing
We follow the PECR guidelines and ask all our customers consent if they want to receive marketing emails from us at checkout and through a signup on the website. If you have opted in to our email marketing, we will rely on a consent basis under GDPR in order to store and process your personal information so that we can send you email marketing. We believe that as you have opted in to email marketing that you would reasonably expect us to use your personal data in this way to achieve this. We only send marketing emails with your prior permission / consent e.g. if you have selected the “Email” option in the Contact Preferences area when placing an order or creating an account. However, as noted earlier we may send you emails if you have an abandoned basked using the contractual lawful basis for processing under GDPR
